Godl Supply – Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 22, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://godl.supply (the "Website") and any related interfaces, features, or services made available through the Website (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
1. No Legal Entity; Nature of the Project
Godl Supply is not a company, corporation, partnership, foundation, DAO, or other legal entity.
The Website and Services are made available on an experimental, best-effort basis by independent, anonymous, or pseudonymous contributors (collectively, "Contributors"). No Contributor represents or acts on behalf of any legal person.
Nothing in these Terms or the Services creates, or shall be deemed to create:
- a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship;
- an unincorporated association; or
- any obligation, authority, or responsibility beyond what is expressly stated.
For support inquiries only: support@godl.supply.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Description of the Services
The Services provide a non-custodial frontend interface that allows users to interact with a permissionless, decentralized, open-source mining protocol operating independently on the Solana blockchain (the "Protocol").
Key acknowledgements:
- The Protocol operates autonomously via smart contracts.
- Godl Supply and Contributors do not control, operate, administer, or guarantee the Protocol.
- The Website merely facilitates interaction with publicly available smart contracts.
- Godl Supply does not custody digital assets, private keys, or funds.
Protocol Mechanics (Summary)
- Users select one or more virtual blocks and deploy SOL to claim space.
- Each round lasts approximately one (1) minute.
- Users may claim multiple spaces.
- One winning block is selected per round using on-chain randomness.
- SOL from losing blocks is aggregated and distributed pro rata to users on the winning block.
- Eight (8) GODL tokens are minted permissionlessly per round pursuant to Protocol rules.
- Ten percent (10%) of distributed SOL is automatically used by the Protocol to buy and bury GODL tokens, reducing circulating supply.
All blockchain transactions are irreversible and publicly recorded.
4. Governance / "DAO" Interface Disclaimer (Advisory Only)
The Services may include a token-weighted voting or proposal feature described as a "DAO," "governance," or similar term (the "Governance Interface").
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- The Governance Interface is advisory and signaling-only.
- All votes, proposals, and outcomes are non-binding.
- No vote creates any obligation to implement, maintain, reverse, or complete any change.
- Any implementation of proposals is performed manually and at the sole discretion of Contributors, or may not occur at all.
The Governance Interface:
- does not constitute a legal entity, partnership, DAO, or association;
- does not confer membership, ownership, management, or control rights;
- does not create fiduciary duties, duties of care, or duties of loyalty; and
- must not be relied upon for expectations of outcomes or actions.
You waive any claim arising from reliance on governance votes or proposal outcomes.
5. GODL Token Disclaimer
GODL is a utility token used solely within the Protocol ecosystem.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- GODL has no intrinsic value.
- GODL is not an investment, security, derivative, or financial instrument.
- There is no expectation of profit, yield, or appreciation.
- GODL does not represent equity, ownership, debt, governance authority, or legal rights.
- The maximum supply of GODL is capped at 2,100,000 tokens.
Participation in the Protocol is not an investment activity.
6. Fees and Transactions
- All transactions occur directly on the Solana blockchain.
- A 1% administrative fee is automatically deducted from SOL deployed via the Protocol.
- Network fees are your sole responsibility.
- All transactions are final and non-refundable.
Godl Supply does not process fiat payments and does not act as a financial intermediary.
7. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- securing your wallet, private keys, and credentials;
- verifying all transaction details prior to submission;
- complying with applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations.
Godl Supply and Contributors cannot recover funds, reverse transactions, or correct user errors.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- use the Services for unlawful purposes;
- interfere with or disrupt the Website, Protocol, or blockchain;
- attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or manipulate smart contracts unfairly;
- deploy malware or harmful code;
- misrepresent identity or authority.
Access may be restricted or terminated at any time.

Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
You acknowledge that you do not rely on:
- UI displays, analytics, or documentation;
- governance proposals or votes;

Information may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or incorrect.

15. Termination and Access Restriction
Access to the Services may be restricted, suspended, or terminated at any time, without notice, for any reason, including legal, regulatory, or risk-management considerations.
16. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Waiver of Class Actions
These Terms do not establish a governing law or jurisdiction.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding, individual arbitration, and not in a court of law.
The arbitration shall:
- be conducted on an individual basis only (no class, collective, or representative actions);

You knowingly and irrevocably waive:
- any right to a jury trial;
- any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding;
- any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief on a class-wide basis.
Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or it is permanently barred.
17. Intellectual Property
The Website, interface, branding, and content are protected intellectual property. You are granted a limited, revocable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
18. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services and supersede all prior understandings.
