Godl Supply – Privacy Policy

Effective Date: February 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how information is collected, used, and disclosed when you access or use the website located at https://godl.supply (the "Website") and any related interfaces, features, or services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, you must not access or use the Services.

1. Our Approach to Privacy

Godl Supply is a non-custodial frontend interface that allows users to interact with a permissionless protocol on the Solana blockchain. We are committed to minimizing data collection.

Key principles:

  • No account creation required. The Services do not require you to register, create an account, or provide personal identifying information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
  • No custody of funds or keys. We never have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials.
  • Minimal data footprint. We collect only the information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

  • names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses;
  • government-issued identification or KYC/AML documentation;
  • private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords;
  • financial account information (bank accounts, credit cards);
  • social security numbers or equivalent identifiers.

3. Information That May Be Collected

When you use the Services, the following information may be collected automatically:

3.1 Wallet Addresses and On-Chain Data

When you connect a wallet to the interface, your public wallet address is used to facilitate interactions with the Solana blockchain. All blockchain transactions are publicly visible and permanently recorded on-chain. Godl Supply does not control, modify, or delete on-chain data.

3.2 Technical and Usage Data

We may automatically collect:

  • IP address (which may be anonymized or truncated);
  • browser type and version;
  • operating system;
  • device type and screen resolution;
  • referring URL and pages visited;
  • time and date of access;
  • clickstream data and interaction patterns.

This data is used solely for analytics, security monitoring, and improving the Services. It is not used to personally identify you.

3.3 Cookies and Local Storage

The Website may use:

  • Essential cookies: required for basic functionality such as wallet connection state and user preferences;
  • Analytics cookies: used to understand usage patterns and improve the Services (may be provided by third-party analytics services);
  • Local storage: used to persist user preferences and session state in your browser.

You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect the functionality of the Services.

4. How Information Is Used

Any information collected is used exclusively to:

  • operate and maintain the Services;
  • facilitate your interactions with the Solana blockchain;
  • detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats;
  • analyze usage trends to improve performance and user experience;
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Blockchain Transactions: wallet addresses and transaction data are inherently public on the Solana blockchain and are visible to anyone;
  • Service Providers: we may use third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, RPC nodes, analytics) that may process technical data on our behalf;
  • Legal Compliance: we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
  • Safety and Security: we may share information to protect against fraud, abuse, or threats to the security of the Services.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services may interact with or link to third-party services, including but not limited to wallet providers, RPC node operators, blockchain explorers, and analytics platforms. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and Godl Supply is not responsible for their data practices.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through the Website.

7. Data Retention

Technical and usage data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. On-chain data is permanent and immutable and cannot be modified or deleted by Godl Supply or any party.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • request access to the information we hold about you;
  • request correction or deletion of your information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing activities;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Because we collect minimal personal information and do not require accounts, many of these rights may not be applicable. For any requests, contact: support@godl.supply

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information through the Services, please contact us immediately.

11. International Users

The Services are operated from a decentralized infrastructure. If you access the Services from outside the jurisdiction where any infrastructure is located, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws than your own. By using the Services, you consent to such transfer and processing.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on the Website. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
